– Wednesday, October 22, 2025 –

Noon – Festival grounds open for camping

Entry is $50 per person, cash at the gate. RV sites with full hook-ups are available for an additional $20 per site for the duration of the event or $20 per day. Gates will be not manned on Wednesday or Thursday so expect a visit from one of our friendly event staff member.

–  Thursday, October 23, 2025 –

Rather you decide to get in a low water paddle on the Russell Fork, try your hand at some fishing or hike one of the many trails in the area, you’ll find plenty to do during the day. In the evening, the entertainment will kick off, with the first  band starting at 10 pm.

10:00 pm to Midnight or so. –  1st band. plays on the main stage. 

– Friday, October 24, 2025 –

9:30 am – 3:30 pm – Water release from Flannagan Dam

Expect flows of 1000 CFS

4:00 pm – 12:00 am – Gate registration

Friday evening registration will take place at the gate. Entry is $50 per person at the gate, cash. or $40 in advance. RV sites with full hook-ups are available for an additional $20 per site for the duration of the event.

8pm – 12:00 am – 2nd and 3rd band on the main stage.

 

 

– Saturday, October 25, 2025 –

9:30 am – 3:30 pm – Water release from Flannagan Dam.

Expect flows of 1000 CFS

1:00 pmShuttle Bus arrives at the fair grounds

for all those wanting to hike to El Horrendo to watch the race.

2:00 pm – Lord of the Fork race starts

6:00 pmShuttle Bus returns to the festival grounds.

7:00 pm9:00 pm – Third band on the main stage.

9:00 pm to 9:45 pm – Lord of the Fork Race Award Ceremony.

10:00 pm to 1:00 am – 4th band on the main stage.

1:00 am to late, late – Special guest in the Rave Cave.

– Sunday, October 26, 2025 –

9:30 am – 3:30 pm – Water release from Flannagan Dam.

Expect flows of 1000 CFS

12 pm – Festival breakdown and cleanup begins.

– Tuesday, October 28, 2025 –

Tuesday at noon – Festival grounds close.  Although the entertainment ends late on Sunday morning, you are free to camp until Tuesday at 10 am when the festival grounds close. There’s still plenty to do and it’s a prime opportunity to take advantage of a low water run on the Russell Fork, a climb at the Breaks Park on Monday or just relax after a long and adventurous weekend. Festival grounds close at noon on Tuesday morning. No exceptions.
